   Working with Tracy and her team to redesign my 1990s kitchen and laundry room in my 1870s Chicago home was an exceptional experience from start to finish. They transformed outdated spaces into a modern, cohesive design that feels both elevated and incredibly functional.

   From the beginning, Tracy presented three thoughtful floor plan options and worked closely with me to refine the one that best fit my vision. She and her team managed every detail—overseeing contractor selection, coordinating the construction process, and handling the complexities of materials ordering with impeccable organization and timing.

   One of the most impressive aspects of the project was their use of IKEA cabinet systems paired with custom doors and panels. The result is a space that looks completely custom at a fraction of the price. The functionality is amazing, and you’d never guess the smart cost-effective approach behind the design. She also listened and adapted to things we discovered during construction - adding a narrow drop zone cabinet and a coffee station with cabinet and open shelves when an air return was no longer needed.

   Tracy is a true expert at marrying form and function. Her team’s attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and professionalism made the entire renovation process smooth and enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend her to anyone looking to transform their home.
