Tracy Cimba

Principal & Lead Designer

Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Tracy moved to the United States in 1995 and has lived in arguably three of the coolest cities - Seattle, Nashville and Chicago... in that order, each with their own unique design vibe. Over the past 25 years she has had a wide ranging career in interior styling and residential real estate marketing.

In 2018 she fulfilled a lifelong dream and opened a brick and mortar design studio & shop to provide budget friendly interior styling services. Ever evolving, in early 2020 the studio became the first partner location and Chicago showroom for Semihandmade - doors for Ikea cabinets - a perfect fit for her love of budget friendly yet upscale kitchen and bathroom design.

In 2022 she purchased a vintage 3 flat in the Wicker Park neighborhood of Chicago and relocated the studio to the ground floor, has an airbnb unit on the second and will reside on the top floor with a spectacular view of the city skyline.

You can book a stay at the airbnb here.

You can follow Tracy personally at @urbanemptynest as she remodels her vintage Chicago apartment, her hometown Toronto Condo and her new baby a 1986 Silverton Motor Yacht docked in South Haven Michigan.

Hannah Pniak

Senior Designer - Kitchens

Following her dream to become an interior designer, Hannah left her parent’s Indiana farm as a teenager to move to Chicago in 2008. In 2012 she received a BFA in interior design from Harrington College of Design and worked for three years in architecture and design. Through her education and experience she learned many creative and technical skills to create functional and beautiful spaces uniquely for each client.

While taking six and a half years away from the traditional workplace to raise two children, Hannah continued to be creative through sewing, small freelance projects and DIYs around her townhome on the northside. She’s thrilled to be joining the Bespoke team to resharpen her skills and assist in all aspects of each project. She believes that a functional, creative space can change a person’s life for the better and she’s here to do just that.
